Q: Do you offer cookie shapes other than squares?  Do you do custom shapes for cookies?  
A: Yes! While most of our cookies are square, we can create other shapes to fit your design. Please note that pricing may vary depending on the shape and complexity.

Q: How far in advance should I place my order?  
A: We offer quick turnaround times and can sometimes process orders the same day! However, we always appreciate as much advance notice as possible to ensure the best service, especially for custom or larger orders.

Q: Can you individually wrap your cookies?  
A: Yes! Cookies can be individually wrapped for an extra charge. Many customers choose this option for corporate events, giveaways, or keepsakes. Each bag is sealed flat at the back and features our company name and hechsher for your assurance.

Q: Do you offer bulk or event pricing?  
A: Yes, we offer special pricing for large orders. Please get in touch for a custom quote.

Q: Do you ship the cookies?  
A: Yes, we ship nationwide with careful packaging to ensure the cookies arrive fresh and intact.

Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?  
A: Due to the custom nature of our cookies, once an order is placed it can no longer be cancelled. Please be sure of your order before submitting.
