Set up the nine cookies as your sudoku board. The red line on each cookie should be around the outside to form a red square frame around the edge of all nine cookies.
Place all nine color/chanukah images onto the board so that each line horizontally, vertically and full cookie/”big” square has ONLY one of each of the nine colors/chanukah images.
Play as many times as you want! Or, use the edible glue to “glue” each piece into place, then, enjoy eating it!
